The SPE Netherlands is the home for all professionals working in the subsurface energy industry. Whether that is oil and gas, or new industries like geothermal, H2 and CCS storage. We organize events that brings the keeps you up to date with the latest and where you can meet colleagues outside of your company.

Each month we organize that is part of our technical program. Listen to professionals from the industry and get the real stories. These events are also the best way to network and make new friends.
Community
When you work hard, you play hard. We know that sometimes you need to able to relax and enjoy the company of friends, old colleagues and potential new ones. Throughout the year we organize fun events where you can network and get to know your colleagues from a different side.
Support for the new generation
There is a huge challenge in front of us with undergoing the energy transition in the Netherlands. We need the professionals to do the job. That only works if students choose for a career in the subsurface energy. That’s why we have a student chapter.
